The existing masonry was gradually being pushed down by the roots of cedar and other trees, and was on the verge of collapse.

Because of the unstable shape of the masonry, we dismantled the entire structure and reassembled it.

The first picture shows the masonry after dismantling.

 

The second and third pictures are during construction, and the remaining three pictures are after construction.

The stones were limited, so it was quite a challenge, but we managed to get the corner lines just right.
